AFCO International is a privately held real estate investment and development firm focused on the financing, acquisition, development, and management of residential and commercial property. We identify and structure opportunities alongside trusted partners, deploying in house capital with select co investors to provide creative financing for top tier builders and established players in the market.
Our long term focus is the acquisition, development, and management of income producing assets with strong growth potential. While our roots are in the Washington metropolitan area, the firm has executed projects across the United States and the United Kingdom, with continued international expansion in pursuit.
